This exclusive appointment grants us full authority and responsibility for the importation, marketing, distribution, and supply of all Barium EZ products within Malaysia. Our company remains the only authorized entity recognized by Bracco for these activities in the Malaysian market.

We would like to clearly emphasize that we have not appointed, authorized, or recognized any other Bumiputera agents, distributors, representatives, or third parties to act on our behalf in the supply, promotion, or distribution of Barium EZ products. This includes, but is not limited to, any individuals, companies, or organizations claiming to have been granted such rights.

Any claims, representations, or offers made by other parties suggesting that they are authorized Bumiputera agents or official suppliers of Barium EZ products are false, misleading, and not endorsed by us. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any transactions, commitments, or issues arising from dealings with such unauthorized parties.

All customers, business partners, healthcare providers, and relevant stakeholders are strongly advised to exercise due diligence and to verify the authenticity of any supplier claiming association with Barium EZ products. For assurance of product authenticity, quality, regulatory compliance, and after-sales support, all purchases and inquiries should be directed exclusively to STK MEDEX SDN. BHD..
